Where I'd Really Like To Be Right Now...
- - -
I honestly don't know what I'm going to say right now, as you probably could have concluded from the title of this blog. But anyway, yea. Summer is almost of. This is depressing. 13 days until Yosemite. 15 days until my birthday. 16 days until 8 months. 22 days until the first day of school. So lame. Why is summer cut so short?
- - -
My list of things to do before summer is over really isn't that extensive. I just want to go to the beach. I want to go with either just Justin or him and some friends. Or both. Either way I'd be happy. I always am with him.
- - -
I'm thinking before I go back to school that I'd like to do something different with my hair. Maybe not the cut so much but color! I kinda want to go more blond and have the bottom be the same "Egyptain Plum" that it usually is. Unfortunatley, I actually like my hair healthy and with its natural highlights. On a consulting spree I went on today with the lovely Anja, most stylists told me I could do anything from blond to a dark auburn. I have so many options but I'm not sure if I'm ready to give up my natural color.

I'm not sure if I love or hate those days where a million different songs are stuck in your head. Today I've had a few Ice Nine Kills songs, a few Bullet for My Valentine songs, Have Faith in Me by A Day to Remember and Images by A Hero A Fake all stuck in my head.

Sorry to change the subject so quickly but my mom just threw me a chap stick and it's called Paige and it's absolutely amazing! It tastes like coconut and it has SPF 15, Natural Aloe Vera, Vitamin E and Beeswax in it and it is PABA free! Yumm!
- - -
Well I'm going to talk to my mom about Maui and marriage now, bye!

Hanging out with Humpbacks

Chloe and Her Domain
View from the Bar of the Crow's Nest in Santa Cruz
Roosevelt on an Alaskan Cruise
Lady Bugs say "anghanghanghanghangh"
Trail in the Avenue of Giants

Why hello there! I know I really haven't actually blogged anything good in a while so I'm going to attempt make this an actually okay blog. But what I'm about to talk about I haven't quite figured out. So here we go...
- - -
Bruises and Scars. Both show mistakes. Both show pain. One more painful than the other. One more permanent than the other. Although both show pain and pasts, they show knowledge and the future. Mistakes are made, they are learned from, and hopefully they aren't made again.
- - -
Dreams and Icebergs. They're both surreal. They can be both light and dark. They are two compltetly different things, yet they have so much in common. Both have about 90% of them hidden. You only see 10% of an iceberg. Only about 10% of a dream in litteral.
- - -
So I keep thinking of things to say, but I really can't think of what to say. Let's just go straight to somethings I love.
- - -
Beach. I'd like to be there. I'd really like to be there right now. I want to be there with the people I love. That would be sooo amazing.
- - -
Music. Jango.com! It's like pandora but you have a profile and you can share your stations with all your friends. Check out my profile and stations at: http://www.jango.com/profiles/43575248?l=0

Love. I'm so in love. I can't even explain how it feels. Amazing. That's the only word can think of.
- - -
And just thought I'd explain my title to this... I saw humpback whales in Alaska and "hanging out with humpbacks" was something a girl on Whale Wars said after seeing a pod of humpback whales and I liked it. So I'm going to go and really quickly just a shoutout to my 2nd mom... HAPPY BIRTHDAY, JACQUI!

Some Beach In Oregon
Victoria, Canada
Skagway, Alaska
Teddy in Motel Garberville, California
Avenue of the Giants, California

Wow. I haven't blogged in almost a month! There is so much I'd like to write about, but I'd rather not. I'll just try to sum things up. Lots of driving. Cruise to Alaska. Rain. Cold. Kayaking in Juneau. Bald Eagles. Sister got pink eye. Gained weight from the buffets. Watched a ton of movies. ICE NINE KILLS.
- - -
There's my almost month in a nutshell. There are so many lyrics that I wish I could make a whole blog about, but those could be so misunderstood and taken the wrong way so I'm just going to end this with The Simple Act of Giving Up by ICE NINE KILLS, the song I'm listening to now. So hopefully I'll actually feel like blogging a little more in a few days. Byee!

Take me out,
Cuz I'm a mess when I'm alone.
And if anyone can help...
I think im losing it,
I'm grabbing hold on tightly,
But I'm starting to slip.
